James was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. Having attended prestigious Incarnate Word Academy since grade school, James was fortunate to attend one of the finest Catholic Schools in the country. James learned the importance of not only academics but also the importance of strong moral values and strict discipline. Days were spent at school and afternoons at the family printing business. From an early age James was able to watch his dad & brothers in action running a small business. Melanie Montalvo, sister to Chris Montalvo, has been managing real estate offices since the age of 17. After graduating high school in the summer of 2005, she first started working at her brothers local real estate firm. Melanie learned the ropes of the real estate business and was instantly hooked. She knew that real estate would be all she wanted to learn and know about. Over the years, she has expanded her knowledge and passion for real estate, consulting and managing other real estate firms. He started with Mirabal Montalvo assisting in our marketing department and in 2011 took the lead as the head designer for our \"M Magazine\". Cass Gabriel has been in real estate since 2004, and has been a real estate broker for six years. He grew up in real estate, watching his family run a local real estate appraisal company in town, and learning from his grandmother, who was a real estate agent. After college, at the University of Texas, Cass stayed in Austin for another 13 years and owned a real estate office there; until he decided he had enough and was ready to come home to his family, here in Corpus Christi. His time in Austin was put to good use, as he helped that city grow and develop its historic buildings, and now he feels it is his hometown\'s time to shine. Stephanie was born in Portsmouth, Virginia and traveled with her mother up and down the east coast before settling in Corpus Christi, Texas in 1984. After graduating from Ray High School she received Associate Degrees in Accounting and Business Management form Del Mar College. She has continued to further her education by receiving several certificates and credits in various courses. Stephanie has six children, 5 boys and 1 girls ages 20 to 7 and is anxiously expecting the birth of her first grandson this year! Stephanie resides in Rockport Texas with her fiance Bobby Joe and their children. She is currently working on a development project and will be breaking ground on a custom RV resort park later this the year. Stephanie joined the Mirabal Montalvo team in October 2013 as an Office/Project Manager. Her friends, Mike & Donna Stott, had invited her to work for them as a \"buyer\'s agent\" at their brokerage, \"The Stott Team\". Mike and Donna, as well as Mike\'s parents, George & Mary Lou Stott were the brokers. They trained Jaqueline extensively to work with buyers for the first 2 years, by providing weekly training and wisdom from years of owning a brokerage. Jacqueline worked hard and acquired her broker\'s license in 2005. Although she did not leave the Stott Team, she wanted greater knowledge and the freedom to work for herself one day. Mike and Donna have since become notable real estate coaches (formerly with Mike Ferry) and realtors in the Atlanta Georgia area. Jacqueline\'s husband was transferred to Corpus Christi in 2009 and decided to retire and make Corpus their home.
